| Personal History | Aurilia was born December 20th, 2363 and has had a love of flying and fighting since she was ten years old when she saw the performances of Nova Squad while her family was visiting San Francisco at the Academy to see a relative. She studied everything she could find on shuttles and runabouts, but when she discovered fighter craft, she knew what she wanted to do with her life. As soon as she was old enough, she begged, wheedled, and argued with her parents to be able to learn to be able to fly. They relented finally and when she was fourteen, she had her first lesson and she knew love for the first time, albeit not the love of a man. The thrill of being in the cockpit was beyond words and the independence she experienced changed the course of her life forever. She began to hang out with pilots when she was sixteen and learned many of the ways of pilots, including their love of alcoholic beverages and their apparent code of having many partners in every port. This got her in trouble a few times, but she usually ignored it as long as there was no legal ramifications behind the trouble and blew off what her parents tried to tell her. When she turned eighteen, she joined Starfleet and went into Flight with a desire to become a fighter pilot |
